This includes, without limitation, the names “WITCHZ,” “KVLT,” “The Otherside,” “Fate Coin,” “Penance Coin,” “Dragon Master,” “Enter Afterlife,” and related logos, tour titles, and imagery.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any WITCHZ materials without prior written consent.
User-generated content (such as fan art, comments, or submissions) remains your property, but by submitting or tagging content related to WITCHZ, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, feature, or use that content in connection with our brand.
3. Accounts and Community Conduct
Some areas of our site — including the KVLT portal, Discord, and event registrations — may require an account or email verification.
You agree to:

Purchases made through the WITCHZ store, AtVenu, or other official outlets are final unless otherwise stated.
By completing a transaction, you represent that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.
All prices are listed in USD unless noted.
Shipping times and availability may vary by region.
WITCHZ is not liable for delays or damages once an order is handed off to a carrier.
For international purchases, you are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import duties.
5. Gamified Features and Virtual Items
Our KVLT portal may include gamified features (e.g., Fate Coins, Penance Coins, digital rankings, quests, or achievements).
These virtual elements are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be sold or exchanged for money.
They exist solely for engagement within the WITCHZ ecosystem.
We may add, modify, or retire these features at any time without notice.

WITCHZ integrates with third-party platforms such as Shopify, Stripe, AtVenu, Laylo, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and Mailchimp.
Each service has its own privacy and terms policies, which govern your interactions with those services.
We are not responsible for any damages or disputes arising from the use of third-party services.

By sharing or submitting creative content (images, text, videos, music, etc.) through our website, email, or social media, you grant WITCHZ a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our brand, events, and media.

Consent to receive texts is not required for purchases.
