WITCHZ respects the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and copyright holders—and we expect the same from others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512(c), we respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement on our website.
1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or posted on our site in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to our DMCA Agent that includes the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or an authorized representative.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, including a direct URL or other information sufficient for us to locate it.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

** Important: Submitting a false or misleading claim may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
2. Counter-Notification (Restoring Removed Content)
If you believe that material you posted was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your written counter-notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed material and its original location before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where your address is located (or any district where we may be found, if you are outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright violations seriously. In compliance with the DMCA, we maintain a record of valid infringement notices and take appropriate action against users who are found to be repeat infringers, which may include account termination or content removal.

We may update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice.
